**Role Description**
**Duties and responsibilities**
- Handle customer and prospect enquiries
- Sales administration, including; mailshots, creation of prospect lists, system updates, website and social media management, etc
- Identify and follow up customer service and pricing issues and queries
- Liaison with suppliers of vehicles, specification, logistics, etc; and third party service agents including: vehicle service/maintenance, breakdown/recovery services, trackers, fines, etc
- Review vehicle stock and update FRS team on stock availability
- Raise and administer documentation e.g. Customer Application forms, Credit Line proposals, Master Hire Agreements, Vehicle Order Forms, Vehicle Schedules, Insurance certificates, etc
- Manage vehicle spare keys and book packs
- Run, review and distribute internal and customer reports, e.g. Vehicle Stock Report, On Hire Report, Mileage Report, Credit Line reports, etc
- Support on-site meetings, (i.e. meeting room preparation, organising refreshments etc).
**Personal Attributes**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including close attention to detail
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer service
- Computer literacy, with a working knowledge of relevant software tools e.g. Excel, Power Point
- Some existing knowledge and experience of the vehicle hire and/or fleet markets
- Keen to develop into a sales support role and become a key member of the FRS Team.
**Experience**
A minimum of 12 months experience in performing administrative tasks and problem solving; and/or in a customer service role.’ Having worked in the vehicle hire and/or fleet marketplace would be advantageous.
