Our Central Sales and Commercial Support Department (CSCS) is currently recruiting for a first class Sales Administrator to join their highly skilled Sales Team.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all day to day administrative activity is undertaken in a timely and efficient manner.
**Key accountabilities will include;**
- Logging and distributing the incoming sales leads
- Managing the Sales Department Group Mailbox and E-learning Inbox
- Report on monthly incoming lead statistics and hourly / daily call statistics
- Generate and circulation of ‘Sales Team Non-Adherence
- Check stationery stock levels & order required stationery through our internal computer systems
- Liaising with suppliers
- Book visitors in to our internal system and act as a front of house for the departments visitors
- Recording and monitoring company holiday entitlement
- Registering absence and sickness onto the Absence Management System
- Organise and support the administration of Induction Programmes
- Booking of meeting rooms as requested
- Managing communication letters to customers
- Printing of ‘Returns Labels’ and posting out to customers
- Supporting the Administration Manager with organising of departmental events
**Qualifications** About You**
Due to the nature of our business the ability to thrive in a busy and fast paced environment would be preferred.
Your strong organisational, customer service and computer literacy skills will be fully utilised in this role. Alongside these you will need to have
- Be computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft and G Suite packages
- You will have strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner
- High attention to detail and ability to produce quality work and manage your time effectively
