We are looking for a Contract Specialist to join Apptio Legal’s commercial transactions team as a key contributor to our fast-paced business. This person will play an important role in our efforts to accelerate growth, protect the company, and build and maintain process systems that scale.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the commercial transactions team within the Legal department to review, revise, and close new and existing customer revenue generating agreements, as well as vendor and partner agreements
- Support various internal clients with a variety of commercial agreements, with primary emphasis on reviewing, drafting, and revising non-disclosure agreements, statements of work, and change requests
- Provide administration for a contract management system, as well as contract information sharing across the organization
- Conduct various additional other legal and ad-hoc projects as required

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in a high volume transaction-based role that required drafting, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
- Experience in a customer/client-facing capacity
- A flexible and service-oriented mentality focused on results
- Bachelor’s degree
- In-House Experience, preferably in software / SaaS

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Additional languages (beneficial);
- Experience with contract management systems
