**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

The UK Food & Nutrition Group at Intertek Assuris is looking for a motivated, client focused, recent science graduate to support our group with operational day to day activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with Business Development and Project Management teams to coordinate of all elements of the sales cycle through to project completion and Net Promoter Score activities.
- Ensure that project management tool is updated and frequent liaison with Project Managers (PMs)/Scientific Staff.
- Maintain associated systems and databases
- Prepare for, arrange and lead Group meetings on a weekly to monthly basis, using Microsoft Teams Meetings and similar technologies
- Prepare and oversee logistics for client meetings
- Act as administrative support for other groups to cover vacations and excess work.
- Perform reception duties. Direct general call inquiries to the appropriate group member.
