Leasehold Officer

We are currently recruiting for a Leasehold Officer on behalf of our public sector client based in Barking.

The successful applicant will have previous experience working within leasehold management services within a public sector organisation. Knowledge of the Right to Buy process is desirable.

Key duties will include:

- Processing resale packs
- Sublet registrations
- Dealing with Permission to Install requests
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of leasehold management
- Breach of lease
- Explaining complex lease issues
- Service charge queries
- Experience using Open Housing system

The role allows hybrid working, with 3 days working from home after training/induction has been completed.
