Sports Coach

Southern Education Recruitment are currently working alongside an SEN school based in the Medway area. The school is a small provision that provides education to secondary aged pupils with SEMH (social, emotional, mental health) and those pupils struggling in a mainstream education setting. Having recently expanded sites the school are looking to a appoint a Sports Coordinator with a passion for sport and working with children at their Gillingham site.
**Essential Requirements**:
- Background Teaching/Coaching sports
- Level 2 (or Higher) Coaching/Teaching Qualification
- Effective teaching and behaviour management strategies
- Planning sessions to a high standard to meet the specific needs of children
**Position Details**:
- Sports Coordinator
- Full-Time (Monday - Friday) 08:15 - 16:00
- Salary £20,000 - £26,000 - depending on qualifications & experience
- SEN - Social, Emotional, Mental Health
- Location: Gillingham
- Be able to commit to working the hours specified above.
- If you have been a UK resident for less than 5 years, a right to work visa must be provided and a criminal background check certificate must be provided for any country resided in for 6 months or more within the past 5 years.
- Provide all required documentation (ID, Qualifications)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
