As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for taking care of the children's needs and supporting them, as well as assisting the teachers with their day to day work. It is a beneficial role where, ideally, qualifications are preferred but not mandatory. They are looking for someone who has enjoyed working with children, has relevant skills, and would like to work on their learning progress.

RESPONSIBILITIES AS A TEACHING ASSISTANT:

- Managing behaviour and supporting the class teacher
- Working with small groups and 1:1
- Using creativity and innovation to improve all children's learning experiences
- Safeguarding children
- Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress

REQUIREMENTS FROM THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- An Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get a new one.
- Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available with this role).
- Previous experience in schools is preferred.
- Two most recent professional recommendations. (This is essential)
- Adapt to the demands of the students in a professional and courteous manner.
