Concierge - Weekends

**Hours**:24 per week - Saturday and Sunday

**Job Summary**:
Swan Lodge is a residential Life house housing 65 clients of differing needs in en-suite rooms and half board accommodation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The role of Concierge is an inspirational one and key to achieving successful outcomes for clients. You will provide front of house support assistance with delivering a high-quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control.

Handling of cash and record keeping is also a large part of the position’s requirements.

GCSE’s including English and Maths, knowledge of Health and Safety
