Park Warden

It’s a fantastic time to join our Salcombe Regis team as we gear up the 2024 holiday season. We are keen to bring on board an additional Park Warden who can support and complement our existing site team. Commencing March 2024 through to October 2024.

If you have a background in the hospitality/leisure sector and are keen to gain experience as a Park Warden then this is the role for you. You will be a confident multi-tasker who’s happy to roll your sleeves up working alongside the Park Operations Manager and the site team. Duties ranging from:

- Landscaping including grass cutting, hedge trimming, leaf blowing, litter picking, garden waste disposal and bin clearance.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance on grounds equipment.
- Cleaning of toilet blocks and general upkeep of the park.
- Carry out planned and reactive repair works on the park.
- Moving and siting touring caravans from the storage compound onto touring pitches
- Check-in guests onto site upon arrival, utilising the park's CampManager booking system.
- Any other duties assisting the park team to deliver a great customer experience.
- Hours of work will be 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, on a rotating shift pattern including weekends and on duty calls.
- Touring pitch provided with electric and water for your own caravan / motorhome as the role involves evening on duty calls.

Contract length: 8 months

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour
