**Part Time Receptionist**

**Location: Hampshire**

**Hours of work: 25**

**Contract Type: Permanent**

As the Receptionist, you take charge of the day-to-day management of reception-related activities within the integrated contract for the properties and corporate portfolio of buildings under management.

Your primary goal is to deliver an efficient and effective reception service, serving as the first representative of ISS and our clients to visitors.

Your role involves ensuring a professional and helpful interaction with visitors, contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the scope of our integrated contract.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Proactively represent ISS and our clients
- Respond to visitors enquiries in a professional and proactive manner
- Answer and direct telephone calls
- Sign in all visitors and issue / collect relevant security passes
- Printing of Epermits and filing of Epermit and Induction documentation
- Manage meeting room bookings and meeting room management
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times (uniform supplied)
- 3rd Party supplier management (daily) and control e.g. courier, postal.
- Any other adhoc duties as required by the FM

**Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications**
- Must be educated to a good standard and be self motivated
- Essential to possess qualities to be self motivated
- Able to represent ISS at a professional level to Senior Staff
- Must be IT literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to identify and resolve issues and challenges to meet/exceed the expectations of our customer and clients
