**What youll be doing**

**As a Front of House at The Space Old Street, youll find every day is different. Heres a taste of what youll do**:

- A high level of customer care and satisfaction is the main focus of this role, ensuring that the levels of service meet expectations and service levels as defined by The Space.
- Ensure revenue generating opportunities are driven through the delivery of a high standard of customer service.
- Ensure clients are constantly informed and provided information on current and new business services, following up where necessary.
- Housekeeping is carried out regularly to ensure the building is kept clean at all times and presented in the best possible manner.
- Clear meeting and conference areas of catering and dispose of waste according to The Space procedures.
- Manage daily bookings to ensure catering and other requirements are met and delivered on time. Ordering of food and beverages for client meetings and events.
- Full and accurate recording and billing of services used by clients for invoicing at the
end of the month using policies and procedures of The Space.

**Where youll work**
- As a Front of House, you will provide support for the fabulous Liverpool Street location in London. Youll work in a second-to-none workspaces, in fabulous locations with excellent facilities close to local amenities, shops, restaurants, bars and Liverpool Street Station right across the road.
