Car Park Services is **seeking to recruit Traffic Attendants** to join a busy team.

**Job Summary**

Car Park Services Ltd are working in Partnership with Mid and East Antrim Borough Council. This post will be patrolling Off-Street car parks for Car Park Services’ client; Mid and East Antrim Borough Council. This role will be to check vehicle’s compliance with all relative legislation and issue fixed Penalty Charge Notices as required.
- On-foot Patrol of car parks within Larne
- Observe vehicles to ensure compliance with the relevant legislation, issue fixed Penalty Charge Notices as necessary
- Carry out routine front-line maintenance of all parking machines and change printer rolls as required
- Liaise with client regarding any matters that may arise in respect of Traffic Management
- Write clear and concise reports when directed and keep real time notes for prosecutions in court
- Adhere to all relevant company policies, procedures and legislation

**Essential Criteria**:

- Technology literate
- Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good interpersonal skills and previous customer service experience
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Physically fit to complete on foot Patrols

**Desirable**:

- Experience in a similar role
- Experience in parking enforcement, security or law enforcement
- Full clean driving licence

**Job Type: Part Time - Permanent**

Hours of work: Will be a minimum of 10hrs per week working within an excellent shift pattern between the hours of 08:30 - 18:30 on a Tuesday and Saturday.

Ability to flex-up hours to cover holidays and absence.

As this role is on-foot, we do not require a driving licence, however, a driving licence is preferable for cover in other locations.

Salary - £10.50ph
