**Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our

team at Kammoon, a leading food catering company. This role will be responsible for

engaging with clients, creating enticing menus, upselling our services, and fostering

relationships with B2B companies for corporate events and pop-ups.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Engagement and Relationship Management**:

- Proactively reach out to potential clients to understand their catering

needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring

exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries,

providing recommendations, and resolving any issues promptly.

**2. Menu Creation and Customization**:

- Work closely with clients to create customized menus tailored to their

specific requirements and preferences.
- Present menu options creatively, showcasing the diversity and quality

of our culinary offerings.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to develop innovative and appealing

menu concepts that align with current food trends.

**3. Upselling and Cross-selling**:

- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, such as beverage

packages, dessert options, and event enhancements.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our premium

offerings and package deals to maximize sales opportunities.
- Leverage knowledge of client preferences and event dynamics to

suggest relevant add-ons and upgrades.

**4. B2B Sales and Corporate Events**:

- Reach out to B2B companies and corporate clients to promote our

catering services for corporate events, meetings, and special occasions.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and event

planners within corporate organizations.
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to execute promotional

activities and participate in industry events and trade shows.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the food service or hospitality

industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage

clients effectively and build rapport.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of achieving

sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Creative mindset with a passion for food.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage

multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of B2B sales strategies and corporate event planning processes is

a plus.
- Bachelor's degree
