**What You Will Do**

Join Johnson Controls as a Senior Change Manager (OCM) in our Organizational Effectiveness & Change Team, part of Global Human Resources. In this pivotal role, you'll support critical projects across JCI, focusing on executing organizational change strategies for a portfolio of complex, interconnected projects. Your work will involve building, refining, executing, and measuring customized change plans and strategies, collaborating with sponsors, project leadership, and cross-functional teams.

You will independently identify, manage, and mitigate risks to projects in your portfolio. In partnership with the change team, you'll provide direct support to project teams and change network members, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and adoption of transformative projects. Your role also encompasses facilitating the development of organizational change capability and culture readiness within JCI.

You'll collaborate with the OCM Lead and other OCMs, managing organizational change workstreams, designing and leading Change Strategy and Plans, including aspects like communications, leadership engagement, training, and organizational alignment. Mastery in managing the entire change process from scope understanding to successful program adoption is crucial.

**How You Will Do It**
- Lead and support execution of Change Plans for multi-year projects.
- Develop comprehensive change strategies using organizational tools and frameworks.
- Integrate change and project plans for seamless execution.

- Engage change champion networks, implementing change management tactics.
