What we expect?
- A dedicated and flexible work ethic
- 6 months care experience is desirable but not essential (we offer training)
- Caring nature with a willingness to learn and develop skills to meet our high standard of care
- Comfortable with Personal care for example, toileting and bathing needs.
- Completion of care plan logs in sufficient detail on careline live
- Travel to different service users throughout your shift.
- Smart appearance - uniform can be provided.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and spoken.
