An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our highly motivated and dedicated team. We are a small but quickly expanding beauty company selling worldwide on Amazon, Ebay and our own website. We are now looking to increase our distribution team at our Heckmondwike based office.

You will be reporting to the Inventory Specialist.

The ideal applicant needs to be highly attentive to detail, able to operate on their own and great computer skills.

Previous experience of dispatching orders is advantageous but not a necessity. Training will be provided.

Your duties will include:

- Processing and printing daily orders
- Packing orders to our high standards
- Submitting order manifests
- Assisting in product preparation
- Monitoring and maintaining mailing consumables
- Organising and setting up Amazon FBA shipments
- Arranging transportation of goods
- General office/warehouse maintenance
- Phone based customer service
- Stock location and stock rotation
- Palletising goods ready for dispatch
- Assisting other team members with tasks ad hoc

The ideal applicant must have the following mindset/skillset:

- Desire to achieve personal targets
- Improvement driven
- Able to work alone and part of a team
- Friendly and helpful personality

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5pm

Wage bracket: UK Minimum Wage (This will increase as your duties increase)
