General Builder

G&J Oakden are looking for experienced general builders to join our growing team.

Our work is mainly undertaken on barn conversions and older properties, so experience working on these types of properties is essential.

We regularly work in customers homes so you must be a good communicator, polite, and very clean in your work.

The type of person we are after: has a high standard of work, good communication skills, punctual and reliable, have their own hand tools, are able to work on their own or as part of a team, have full clean driving licence.

We are looking to employ on a full time basis but we would consider part time.

Company van and uniform are provided.

**Salary**: £15.00-£18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- general building: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Clean full UK driving licence (preferred)
