Alongside commercial partnerships, we also support our creators in finding their own bespoke teams, to work directly for them - but vetted through us and our understanding of the creator economy.

**‍ About Our Client**:
Our client is a StudyTube pioneer on a mission to promote conscious and sustainable productivity, with a combined following of over** 1.4 millions viewers across platforms.** This creator is passionate about **Mindfulness,** **Sustainability **and living a **socially-conscious **life. Based predominantly in London, this creator travels regularly, and so some flexible timezone communication may be required.

**Where you come in**:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to assist a prominent Education Creator in managing their content creation across all platforms and channel operations. As the personal and content assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the Creator’s social media platform, content production and associated activities, and general day to day admin.

We are looking for an individual with proven track record in social media content production across TikTok and Instagram, with strong knowledge of the education space online, particularly YouTube, with an ability to understand the Creator’s tone of voice and unique audience. Previous Personal Assistant experience is strongly desirable.

**Social Media and Video Editing**
- Help organise scheduled posts, including creating captions inline with Creator’s unique tone of voice across multiple platforms
- Strong knowledge of trending content across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube - able to proactively bring ideas to the Creator to implement across platforms that will encourage growth and engagement
- Support with the setting up and running of of new content streams, such as a Newsletter
- Short-form video editing inline with the strategy provided by the Creator and Talent Management team
- Potential thumbnail creation for long form videos

**Administrative Support**

**Travel arrangements**
- Occasional booking of business travel - flights and arrangements

**Event Management**
- Opportunity to work with the Creator on planning and organising of community-based events to drive audience engagement

**Time Management**
- Effective time management to help prioritise tasks and ensure the Creator’s schedule and social posting runs smoothly

**Skills and Experience**
- Strong interest in and understanding of the education, productivity and sustainability creator spaces
- Strong knowledge of all social media platforms and trending content - especially TikTok and Instagram
- Experience or understanding of editing short form content across TikTok and Instagram
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A proactive and passionate worker, who is always looking to learn more
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion and respect for privacy when handling sensitive information
- A high degree of flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Previous experience working in a similar role or with content creators is a plus
- Tech-savvy and capable of troubleshooting basic technical issues, particularly in regards to social media platforms
- Experience with event management is desirable but not essential
