Sales Controller

Our client is a franchised dealership, who are now seeking to recruit an Exceptional and experienced Sales Controller for their busy and thriving site.

**Sales Controller Role**
- Showroom based, meet and greet customers
- To report to the General Sales Manager, you will be coordinating the daily activities of the Sales Executives
- To provide support, coaching and assistance to maximise sales volume and profitability being primarily responsible for achieving both chassis and F&I KPI’s
- To be experienced with all aspects of the F&I functions in order to maximise sales profitability
- To oversee the enquiry management process
- To promote at all times the professional image of the dealership and ensure that customer satisfaction standards are maintained
- To maintain accurate and up to date records for vehicle sales and finance transactions to facilitate regular reviews of performance against targets.
- To be involved in vehicle part-exchange appraisals / valuations, controlling and sales deals

**About You**
- 2-3 years experience of working as either Sales Controller, Business Manager or Transaction Manager is ideal
- To have a good working knowledge of Kerridge or an alternative DO training will be given to build on your existing knowledge of systems and to comply with FSA regulations
- To be self-motivated and have a strong desire to succeed.
- To have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work
- Proven experience with strong exposure in selling, finance, invoicing, managing accounts, staff management and administrative duties.
- To have a valid driving licence

**Package**

**Basic: £25,000 OTE £50,000 uncapped**

**Hours: Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 6pm, One late till 9pm either a Tuesday or Thursday, day off in week and no Sundays**
