You utilize a strength-based approach in your work, employing meaningful interventions to address emergent concerns for families. As a lead professional, your ability to coordinate with our multi-agency partners is crucial, as it ensures a whole family approach is implemented to cater to the families' identified needs.
- What The Job Involves
- This part-time role (17.5 hours per week) involves the primary responsibilities of an Outreach Family Support Worker, which include conducting early help assessments with families, creating support plans, and leading 'team around the family' meetings. Your main duty will be to review progress and identify any additional areas of support required. Moreover, you will be carrying out direct work with children and young people, understanding their views and worries, and confirming that the plans/interventions are successful in improving their outcomes.
