CNC Setter/operator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced CNC FANUC Turner Setter/Operator to work in Bardon, Coalville for a family run business. Our Client specialises in developing and delivering process solutions that support their customers in the mining, recycling and demolition industries. This is a perm CNC FANUC Turner Setter/Operator role which is paying up to £32,240 per annum depending on experience for a 38.75 hours per week rotating shifts.

**Working Hours are**:

- 6am to 2.15pm / 2pm to 10.15pm (rotating shifts) early finish on the Friday late shift of 5.45pm
- Monday to Friday
- 38.75 hours per week

**CNC FANUC Turner Setter/Operator responsibilities will include**:

- As a CNC FANUC Turner Setter you will be setting and operating the CNC turning machines with Fanuc controls
- Working with engineering drawings
- Assessing your own work using verniers, callipers and mircometers

**Skills and experience required**:

- CNC Turner Setter Operator experience
- Self-inspecting work using measuring verniers, micrometers, rule, gauges
- Able to operate CNC machinery and tooling effectively
- Ability to interpret mechanical documents
- A keen eye for detail
- Familiar with Imperial and Metric measuring
- Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
