- **JOB DESCRIPTION**_

**PURPOSE**:
The Production Coordinator picks and processes orders for production and dispatch. The Production Coordinator manufactures products to a high standard according to customer requirements and ensures orders are dispatched to specific deadlines.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Production**
- Monitor our order management software for new orders
- Pick and process orders
- Produce embroidery orders where you will learn to produce the digital artwork, frame, and run embroidery machines
- Produce debossing orders using debossing machinery
- Produce Laser orders from artwork using Adobe Illustrator. You will prepare the product for engraving and run the Laser engraving machine
- Building orders for dispatch
- Coordinate Production Administration tasks including but not limited to maintaining production worksheets, customers’ artwork files, updating spreadsheets and ordering materials required for production

**Dispatch**
- Dispatching orders in accordance with procedures and deadlines
- Moving and handling stock, including loading/unloading of deliveries
- Stock taking
- Basics of OrderWise system maintenance including reset/reboots to maintain best operations.

**Training**
- Training/mentoring and supporting new staff, including permanent and seasonal staff

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Experience working in teams (required)
- Confident computer skills (required)
- Experience with embroidery machines (highly desirable)
- Experience in production lines (desirable)
- Full, clean UK driver’s license (desirable)

**ABILITIES/BEHAVIOURS/SKILLS**:

- Physically fit - able to stand for long periods of time and undertake manual tasks
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail
- Flexible, team player
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Shows initiative
- Positive attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
