**Position Overview**:
Van Haven is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Co-ordinator to lead support our marketing efforts and help drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth.

Reporting directly to the Brand & Marketing Director, you will be a “hands on” senior co-ordinator, who can ensure the implementation and execution of our day to day marketing activities, and support the bigger picture marketing. You’ll have a deep understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer acquisition strategies in the automotive or lifestyle industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement comprehensive marketing strategies for growth, demand generation and customer retention.
- Managing data quality and CRM strategies to generate leads and achieve department targets.
- Supporting the delivery of impressive events that align seamlessly with the Van Haven brand.
- Cultivating brand ambassadors and affinity partnerships to ensure mutual benefit and a positive ROI.
- Analyse marketing metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with sales and operations, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts and drive innovation.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing and brand management.
- Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Experience in the automotive or lifestyle industry.
