**JOB - CNC Machinist**
**LOCATION - Slough**
**TERM- Permanent**
**HOURS- 3.30pm - 12.00am Monday to Thursday, 1.00pm - 7.00pm Fridays**
**SALARY - £30,000-£35,000 (plus overtime), dependent on experience**
My client is a specialist manufacturer within the Automotive industry. They are looking for an CNC Machinist to join their team in Slough on a permanent basis.
**The CNC Miller/Setter/Operator will ideally have the following attributes**:

- Previous experience working as a CNC Miller / Operator / Machinist / Setter
- Ideally have some experience with or knowledge of programming
- Time Served Apprenticeship in Engineering / Manufacturing
- Have experience machining and manufacturing precision parts and components
- Be able to read from engineering drawings
- Have previous experience working in a similar Machine Shop environment
- Be able to work well alone as well as part of a team

**The CNC Milller/Setter/Operator role will involve**:

- Working with CNC machinery and producing plastics
- Running multiple machines - small to medium batch work
- Inspecting components as required
- CNC Milling or Turning working with varied controls
- Reading from engineering drawings
- Adhering to company H&S requirements
