At Voltalia we are passionate about renewable energies We are an electricity producer from wind, solar, hydro, biomass and storage and also a service provider to 3rd party clients such as Development, EPC, O&M and Distribution.Today we are in 20 countries, split among 4 continents, and offering a global operating capacity to our clients. Responsibilities include below:

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets and customer segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and services
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, and provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote Voltalia's products and services and build relationships with potential customers
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and other analysis to senior management

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the equipment trade and distribution industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

**KEY SKILLS**
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of renewable energy equipment and industry trends is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English and local languages
