We are launching our Finance Graduate recruitment for 2024, where we have two opportunities for Finance Graduates to join our head office team in our Manchester headquarters with Hybrid work felxibility, to support our Global Business. These role’s will be following a Management Accountant career path and studies, with fully funded study support provided towards ACCA/ACA/CIMA.

We will be holding an assessment centre in our Manchester HQ the week of the 8th April so if you are successfull in the initial screenings, you will be invited to attend this assessment centre.

About the role

Your main responsibilities will be to work on Financial and Management reporting analysis and assist with production of all management accounts and monthly reporting at a local and group level and you will do this with the Regional Management and Assistant management accountants.

You will also prepare financial schedules and accruals analysis where you will be analysing job margins to the central management system. There will also be a key part of your role which will include the analysis of financial data to identify and resolve any issues and to explain any variances from budget/forecast, you will be required to closely manage and report on costs.

Budgeting and forecasting (including cash flow) and control will be the other part of your role where you will support the annual budget and periodic forecast process and also assist with the production and management of cash flow forecasts to share with the relevant shareholders.

Some other responsibilities will be:
- Supporting wider Finance function, as required-
- Work on any adhoc projects as required (including the analysis of information and implementation of new customers/countries into the agreed operating model)-
- Support with the global financial statements audit-
- Identification of areas where profit could be maximised through cost-
- savings or other relevant measuresAbout you
