Whether your interests would be in boat or component Production, Supply Chain & Procurement, Quality, Analysis & MI, Scheduling & Planning or Engineering, you will be given rounded exposure to all areas supported by a wide range of experts in their field.

Working on a two-year training contract with rotational and project placements, you will deliver day-to-day tasks and projects that improve operational performance, quality, cost and delivery of our world class yachts, including new product introduction and site strategy.

To continue to achieve the highest standards of the Sunseeker Brand, Sunseeker holds the Graduate Programme in high regard with the goal of discovering our future leaders and operational experts.

**To be considered for this opportunity you must have**:

- At least a 2:1 bachelor’s degree (predicted or achieved) in Manufacturing/Design, Business degree or similar
- Desirable but not required: Previous experience reading technical drawings

**What you will get in return**:

Recruitment will be via an assessment day at Sunseeker International in Poole, Dorset in April/May
