**Senior IFA Administrator**

**Ilkley, Leeds**

Reward Recruitment are currently representing an established IFA/Wealth Management firm in Ilkley, who are recruiting a Senior IFA Administrator to join the team, with the potential to progress to Administration Manager.

The role will incorporate all areas of providing financial administration support. You will join an established team and in return you will receive a competitive salary between £30k - £35k, together with benefits including Pension, Discretionary Bonus, Deathin Service, etc.

Day to day responsibilities:

- Administration and maintenance of company records
- Developing the use of the back-office system
- Overseeing and managing the administration team.
- Assisting advisers in preparation of new business packs for meetings.
- Fee and commission reconciliation.
- Developing good communication with individual clients to provide personal service and cultivate potential additional business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience working within an IFA or Wealth Management environment
- Proven experience of building strong client relationships
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Outlook, Internet and Back Office Systems
- Great IT skills and willingness to embrace technology
- Ability to mentor and manage staff members
- The most important attribute is the ability to put your clients at the centre of everything you do
