Ice Cream Server

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and create a variety of ice cream desserts according to our menu and to customer requests
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed during the preparation and handling of ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders with management as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their ice cream selections
- Upsell additional toppings, sauces, or menu items to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and understanding of culinary principles
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient production and service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

**Skills**:

- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organisational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple orders simultaneously

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £7.49-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
