**THE ROLE**
This position requires a full, clean drivers license with the option of mileage payments or company car.
This is a field and office based role. The role will involve visiting client sites across the West Midlands and will also include the occasional travel further afield to offer support, training and technical assistance to optimise their coffee offering. It will also involve office based administrative work relating to customer management; supporting the onboarding of potential and new business customers and managing our existing customer base.
We are looking for someone with a love of coffee and a passion for delivering customer service. You will be highly organised, have strong communication skills and be able to prioritise your time and workload effectively. You will also have a sound technical ability - as a Coffee Advocate, your role will be to personally support clients at their premises, to ensure their coffee experience is always at its best. This will mean checking equipment settings and helping to improve coffee making quality and efficiencies.
A background and passion for coffee is required, and an understanding of coffee machine equipment would be highly beneficial. Full training on our equipment and coffee range will be provided.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Onboarding Support: You will support the customer’s “go-live” day and offer support and help users get the perfect drink. You will also ensure customers are aware of products and services available and of internal processes for example ordering and communication.
- Training: Carrying out engaging and impactful training with our customers on their equipment. Helping them to understand and become familiar with their new machines, showing them how to carry out routine daily tasks and how to clean and maintain their equipment. Develop our supporting training documentation.
- Tastings & product demonstrations : As our coffee ambassador you will be passionate about coffee and impart your coffee knowledge on our clients and prospective customers. Through your knowledge and interaction, you will help the customer choose the right coffee for their workplace and ensure it is tasting perfect every time.
- Quality Checks: Our customers expect the highest quality service, and it’s our job to deliver that. Making sure our customers are delivering the perfect cup of coffee each time is critical to the overall journey and our brand representation. You will carry out quality audits on the machines and grinders to ensure they are pouring the perfect espresso or flat white. By using your technical knowledge, you will make adjustments and tweaks to make sure the machine is pouring optimum. You will make recommendations to the clients and provide additional support as required to ensure the customer journey is perfect.
- Service Calls: You aren’t a technician. But following a thorough training routine, you will know our equipment inside out. Selected service calls and easy fixes are well within the remit of the coffee advocate and it will be part of your role to troubleshoot and support our customers with minor fixes.

Starting salary £25,000 with salary progression
