**Join Our Housekeeping Team**

**What you'll be doing in this role**:

- Work proactively with the Housekeeping team, working to deliver high standards across the property.
- Lead by example showing high levels of attention to detail.
- Ensure team recruitment, training and development of staff is to the highest standard.
- Inspect accommodation to ensure SOP’s and attention to detail are consistently met.
- Create weekly rotas that match the operational requirements of the business, whilst managing team holidays.
- Manage and control budgets across payroll and guest supplies
- Providing hands on operational support where necessary (cleaning rooms, stocking equipment, room checks)
- Reporting and appraising team performances to highlight areas of opportunity and development.
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety standards.

- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to think outside the box.
- Outstanding eye for detail and the ability to motivate and support a team of Housekeepers.
- Great people and communication skills, with the ability to lead and direct a team.
- Strong level of IT skills and desire to work with systems to improve efficiency.
- Customer focused with a strong understanding of customer needs in a luxury environment
- Excellent time keeping skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
