Due to aggressive growth plans Polestar is currently looking to recruit a Function Group Coordinator in each of the following teams: Body Structures, Interiors, Exteriors, Vehicle Development.

**Programme Coordinator - Vehicle Line**

**Key Objectives & Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Vehicle Line Core Programme Manager but working closely with the Vehicle Line Programme Lead for the given programme, the Programme Coordinator will be responsible for managing programme timing plans, gateway packs, analysis of core data and liaising with teams across the vehicle and business. The role will require close cooperation with the other members of vehicle line and teams across the programme to ensure data is compatible with the wider business requirements and processes.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Programme Timing, including:

- Ensuring time-planning tools are kept up to date & tracking overall programme timing
- Engaging directly with different functional teams to support a consistent approach across the business
- Coordinating different plans that support multiple work streams and drive towards common goals and targets
- Gateway Preparation, including:

- Supporting teams to identify and plan towards gateway inputs
- Coordinating plans to drive towards common requirements

Preparing gateway packs for review prior to submission as well as ensuring data submitted can be translated into a consistent format across the pack

Coordinating Vehicle spec / Targets Documentation
- Reviewing programme documentation authored outside the R&D team (e.g. Variant binder, Product Guide) and ensuring they are kept relevant and up-to-date.
- Collating programme documentation authored by the R&D team (e.g. Spec book, Vehicle Technical Specification). Keeping documents current, gathering inputs from functional groups as required.

Running Programme Level meetings, including:

- Driving meeting cadence and content
- Progressing actions with stakeholders outside of the meeting
- Engaging teams with teams to ensure maximum awareness of requirements and activities

Issues management:

- Issues reporting - collaborating with FGs to ensure the clear communication of vehicle issues to stakeholders impacted

Organises escalation forums to review Issues and facilitate clear agreements of required actions

**The Person**:

- 3-5 years of automotive experience, with direct experience of working with complex project plans and budgets.
- Excellent communication and co-ordination skills - at ease working with a cross-functional team of engineers and stakeholders.
- Flexible, enthusiastic individual who is self-motivated, able to work well under own initiative and remain focused under pressure.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, particularly capable in Excel and handling large/complex data sets
- Ability to prioritise workload & manage external inputs/requests
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to how the job role progresses and grows
