We are opening our fantastic new purpose built luxury care home in October 2023, and we are now moving into our first exciting phase of building our Team and looking for **exceptionally caring people **to join us.

**To be successful in this role, you will need to**:

- If you have an NVQ 2 or willing to undertake the qualification, or you are looking for an introduction to working in care.
- Physically fit and have right personality to carry out duties and responsibilities to support Resident’s needs.
- Team player, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and adaptable.
- Able to organise and prioritise workload and work under pressure.
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- All training will be provided but previous experience would be advantage.
- Above all that, you need to have caring heart and be supportive to our residents to maximise the experience living with us in DurhamGate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
