You will have a good understanding and experience in the following areas: Health and Safety; Insurance; Human Resources; Payroll; Training; Data Management; Funding; Event Management; Payroll; Finance; Communications.

The general requirements are:
To promote a professional image of the nursery at all times.

To ensure that Newsletters, Room Calendars and any supporting documents are completed and distributed mid-month for the following month as necessary.

To ensure all reports are complete and sent to the relevant body ensuring deadlines are met.

To ensure that hospitality for all visitors is offered at all times.

To ensure all company Policies and Procedures are adhered to.

To ensure that the needs of the children are met at all times and ensure they are kept safe and that staff understand and when necessary follow Safeguarding, Child Protection and Whistleblowing Policies and Procedures.

To work with the management team and staff during inspections by regulatory bodies and assist in the implementation of any recommendations.

To undertake any other duties reasonably requested by the Senior Nursery Manager.

To avoid unsupervised contact with children.

To work as part of a team.

To participate in all self-development activities including appraisals, supervisions etc.

To develop and promote parental partnership and high involvement.

To adhere to all Policies and Procedures at all times.

To ensure that Policies and Procedures on Equal Opportunities are adhered to at all times.
