Our hugely successful Assoc RICS training academy is ready to recruit for the next intake. We are looking to recruit a Trainee Surveyor in Northumberland to help us shape the future of the residential surveying industry.

You will participate in Face to face induction where you meet trainers, stakeholders and other trainee surveyors. You will receive comprehensive training designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills required for a successful career in surveying coupled with time out in the field with an experienced mentor. With access to state of the art IT systems to enable you to fulfil your role.

**Qualifying Criteria for a Trainee Surveyor**
- An RICS accredited degree with one year or more of property related work experience
- An RICS accredited HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC or foundation degree with 2 or more years’ property related experience
- 4 years of relevant experience (no qualifications required) i.e. negotiator level Estate Agency or equivalent.

**Key Responsibilities of a Trainee Surveyor**
- Accompanying mentors in conducting property inspections, surveys, and valuations.
- Learn to interpret survey data, analyse property information, and compile accurate reports.
- Participate in site visits, measurements, and data collection for various projects for mortgage valuations and surveys.
- Develop proficiency in using surveying equipment and software.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project execution and delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
