Traffic Administrator

M&H Carriers are looking to recruit a traffic clerk to join our team in a well known and successful logistics company based in Longforgan.

**Duties will include, but not limited to**:

- Prebrief and debrief of delivery drivers.
- Booking in deliveries with customers.
- Liasing with other logistic networks
- Data entry
- Ensuring day to day operations run efficiently as possible.
- The use M&H Carriers database
- Supporting the Traffic Manager
- Answering telephone calls and dealing with customers / other carriers queries.
- Basic admin tasks ie. photocopying scanning etc.
- Some warehouse duties including bay checks and checking freight in.

Knowledge of the freight industry advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided.

Hours:
47.5 Hours per week, Mon - Fri

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.75 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- admin: 1 year (preferred)
- logistics: 1 year (preferred)
