**Minibus Driver**

Minibus Drivers will work with all BCFC Community Trust departments to help transport staff, children, and young people to and from a range of activities. These include regular football training sessions, student football matches, and other special events and trips.

**Roles and Responsibilities**- Liaise with Community Trust Managers and Programme Leaders with regards to driving schedules, planning, and logistics.
- Support and assist programme delivery staff with their transport needs.
- Ensure the safe & timely transportation of staff, students, and participants.
- Monitor and ensure the wellbeing of Community Trust students and participants whilst under your supervision and liaise with the Community Trusts and Football Clubs safeguarding managers on all matters related to safeguarding young people and vulnerable adults.
- Liaise with parents and stakeholders associated with Community Trust programmes.
- Attend all professional development and training events.
- Actively engage in a fully functioning competency framework and integrated appraisal process.
- Ensure Community Trust vehicles are always kept tidy and well maintained.
- Ensure any faults, accidents, and incidents are reported in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Maintain records required for compliance with legal and Club regulations, including drivers log of hours and vehicle mileage logbooks.
- Undertake all reasonable training, learning and development activity designed to support you in the role.
