Jonathan Lee Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Change Management Specialist to join our client's inclusive and friendly team. This full-time Change Management role is based at Liverpool and offers an excellent salary of £29.17 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35), along with the opportunity to be part of a positive and diverse workplace culture.

As a Change Management Specialist, you will direct and deliver change management for D7a and D7U platforms manufactured in Castle Bromwich, Solihull, India and China. You will work 3 days onsite, 2 days working from home.

In your first week in this Change Management Specialist role, you can expect to:

- Guide engineering functions on the required steps to ensure timely release & implementation of all Engineering change in conjunction with manufacturing, MP&L, Finance & Purchase
- Manage the "Current Car" Change Management Meeting (CMM) to accelerate throughput
- Scrutinise business cases and support or challenge decisions to progress
- Publish Change Management KPI data to measure success and identify opportunities
- Project management experience
- Experience leading teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills & the ability to present the PVT core team at senior meetings
- Experience of operating in an Agile environment.
- Experience of operating Jira.
