**Plumber Supervisor**

A Plumbing Supervisor is required ASAP to work for a well-established Fast Track Refurb Contractor based in North Herts operating for the last 15 years and expanding.

Covering areas within London and the Home Counties you will be responsible for the Supervison of projects that are Leisure Industry focussed although other sectors covered include Hospitality, Commercial, Education and High End Residential.

You will have responsibility for running Projects with values ranging from £50k to £1 million.

**Plumber Supervisor - Responsibilities**
- Arrange adequate resources for project delivery, safety and standards of work
- Monitor safety, liaising with directors, the Health and Safety team and site staff as required
- Monitor the competence of site staff and sub-contractors in line with the company policies and procedures on safety, welfare and environment
- Oversee all aspects of site management on your site, offer support and adherence to agreed program/ quality and building regulations
- Manage effective communication between site and office
- Work to develop, mentor and train others

**Requirements**:

- Previous Experience (preferably but not essentially) in Leisure/Hospitality sectors
- Effective oral and written skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Very strong organisational skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Health & safety on construction sites - Qualification recognised
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Self-motivated

**Position Remuneration**
- Salary £45,000 to £50,000
- Statutory Pension
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
