- Flint Promotions is seeking new Trainee Sales and Marketing Assistants to help grow our current sales and marketing campaigns here in Nottingham._

If you have little to no experience within sales or customer service but you are:

This is perfect for you

**THE ROLE**
- Face to face interaction with customers
- Represent our client confidently delivering 5* customer service
- Assist with sales during our busy period
- Responsible for acquiring new customers for our clients via cold calls
- Personal development to enable you to communicate with a wide variety of clientele
- Proactive when it comes to problem solving and our cold calling approach
- Act as an extension of our client's brand
- Answer queries and questions on our client's services

Don't worry too much about previous experience within our sector as long as you're hard working with a passion to succeed and enjoy what you do day - to - day this could be the perfect role for you. Please note this position is being offered with commission only and performance based earnings, perfect if you are looking for a no ceiling approach with your earnings.
