Hotel Receptionist

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Reception Team:
To succeed in this role, you will:

- Have a friendly and outgoing personality
- Be guest orientated and service minded
- Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Previous experience as a hotel receptionist preferred, but not essential as training will be provided
- Have a desire to learn and develop in a great environment
- Demonstrate excellent standards of personal hygiene and be immaculately presented at all times

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming guests to the Hotel and ensuring a smooth check in and check out process
- Dealing with guest queries and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay
- Taking payments and completing end of day banking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond, TW10 6UH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
