We have an opportunity for an Administrator, to join our client's Portsmouth or Garelochhead based bulk fuel storage operations, in the HSSEQ Department.

Working within a small team, you will be delivering high end technical administration and support for the development, control, and management of documentation and projects, as well as a wide range of activities for the HSSEQ team, including correspondence to Competent Authorities including HSE, EA + SEPA.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- General administration, including preparation of presentations using standard packages.
- Collate HSSEQ information for monthly CE Report and KPIs from various sources within time frames set
- Collate/manage documentation for the HSEQ Committee meetings
- Compose and respond to routine correspondence on behalf of HSSEQ members- Arrange travel and accommodation for the HSSEQ Team and others
- Co-ordinate various HSSEQ processes through collation of papers, documents and agendas and circulation to owned distribution lists
- Organise and maintain appropriate electronic filing systems
- Support and cover for other Administrators/PA when they are on leave
- Highlight deadlines for reports and documents
- Process Purchase Requisitions and invoices using Focal point as required
- Maintain Departmental Contact Lists
- Document formatting to ensure standardised approach
- Assist with monitoring of regulatory actions
- Support management of the corporate Risk Register
- Manage of correspondence, including CA correspondence
- Be System Administrator for our Incident, MOC software

**About You**:
The successful applicant will have previous experience in a PA/Senior Administrative role, preferably in a technical post. Good GCSE qualification or equivalent. Project coordination experience would be a distinct advantage. Exceptional IT skills and ability to use all aspects of Microsoft office with ease. You must be organized and able to communicate at all levels effectively, both written and verbal. Have a positive and flexible attitude in your work approach.
