Junior Marketing Executive

- **N.B. This is a hybrid role, consisting of mainly remote working with the ability to meet in person a few times a month in or around the London, Cambridge or North Essex areas and / or attend in-person events. **_
- Marketing and / or digital media qualification
- Design skills / experience for creating marketing collateral
- Basic website design skills
- Excellent grammar and the ability to write compelling content, with strong attention to detail
- A genuine interest in health and wellbeing and be interested in the latest news and trends.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- The role includes:_

Social Media
- Planning, creation and scheduling of LinkedIn posts
- Engagement on posts

Newsletters
- Planning, creation and scheduling of user and prospect newsletters

Experts
- Liaising with existing experts to request content and answering questions
- Reviewing and editing expert content, amending where necessary or requesting changes
- Adding content to Google Drive
- Uploading written, video and audio content onto site in company branding with appropriate imagery, including recipes
- Uploading videos to Vimeo
- Managing content spreadsheet
- Identifying gaps in content and identifying new potential experts

Monthly Challenge
- Planning themes for challenges
- Requesting challenges
- Processing challenges
- Adding challenges to the site/ Vimeo

Ad-hoc design jobs
- Flyers and posters for in person events
- Digital designs for social media posts
- Digital marketing decks

Ad-hoc Website Design
- Designing and adding pages (non-code in WordPress)
- Adding new experts

Video Creation
- Creation and editing of short videos using existing content

Content Packages
- Adhoc collation of content packages for clients

Ad-hoc Operations
- Setting up of online operational systems

Analytics
- Pulling website stats and comparing the previous month to see what works and what needs to change.

Ad-hoc Events
- Attend Thriveologie hosted in-person events,
- Assist in promoting the Thriveologie and/or its experts or services

Meetings
- Weekly planning and catch up
- Adhoc meetings (if necessary) on special projects or reviewing work
- Adhoc meetings with third parties and other members of staff

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
