We have an excellent opportunity for experienced Multi Traders to work alongside one of the biggest housing associations operating in the UK today.

Working on residential contracts all over London with a van and fuel card provided This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Multi traders to secure a permanent position with great benefits.

Ideally you will have experience with maintenance including plastering, carpentry, painting and tiling.

**Key Skills & Knowledge**
- Experienced Multi Traders working on residential projects
- Experience in repair
- Experience working on site with health and safety regulations

**Hours/Pay**
- Monday - Friday
- £19 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
- PAYE and CIS available
- 07.30 - 16.30

**Requirements**:

- Maintenance experience essential
- Valid CSCS Card essential
- Driving licence essential
- Testing experience essential
- Good team working ability.
- Methodical and structured approach to problem solving.
- Must Have PPE and own Tools
