Job Description - Laundry/Domestic Assistant

**Responsible to**:Manager**/*Deputy Manager**/*Trained staff.

To do the Laundry and help with Domestic duties when required(for holiday cover etc)

Main Responsibilities

To comply with the homes Health and Safety, COSHH and Environmental Health Regulations.

To attend and contribute to staff meetings when required

To maintain confidentiality on all aspects of care and your work within the home.

To have a working knowledge of the home’s policies and procedures in respect to your job and responsibilities especially in relation to the safe guarding of service users..

Take part in staff meetings and internal and external training as required.

Attend mandatory training as required.
