We are currently recruiting for a **Trainee Estate Agent / Viewer Canvasser** to join the Residential Sales team in our very successful and market leading branch.
**Our ideal Viewer Canvasser**
- Has Customer Service or Sales experience required
- Shows a proven track record in generating new business
- Has a Resilient, positive and friendly attitude
- Highly motivated individual looking to work in a busy office
- Has your own car and full UK license
- Excellent Time Management
- Reliable
- A willingness to learn
- Career focussed and ambitious
- Strong organizational skills

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maximizing the overall income and profitability of your branch.
- To meet personal targets set and agreed with your Manager.
- To speak to homeowners within the area daily to arrange valuations of their homes
- Help the branch grow market share by generating new business
- To carry out viewings in a professional and efficient manner.
- Diary Management
- Local knowledge of surrounding areas
