If so, we’d love you to lead our visitor programming and partnerships work for the next 12 months.

What it's like to work here:Working across our west Cornwall mining sites at Levant Mine, East Pool Mine and the Tin Coast you'll work in some rugged, but highly significant sites, helping us bring to life the stories of these places. Its not all about mining heritage with a rich natural and cultural heritage to celebrate too.

You'll be based out of the Godolphin Counthouse Office with some days of the week spent at our mining site with occasional duty management responsibilities too.

What you'll be doing:Reporting to the Visitor Operations and Experience Manager, you’ll be part of a small and dedicated team. You’ll work in partnership with our community and in collaboration with your colleagues to deliver results.

You’ll lead for the delivery of an innovative visitor programme shaped by audience insights as well as cultural, community, curatorial and environmental factors. You’ll proactively encourage partnership working to ensure our work is informed and supported through knowledge, excellence, and sustainability.

You'll champion our Everyone Welcome strategy, demonstrating inclusive leadership, while working to diversify our audience

Who we're looking forWe'd love to hear from you, if you have:

- Experience delivering creative and inclusive people engagement activities within the arts, culture, heritage, natural environment, sports, or visitor attraction sector
- Experience of collaborative working with community, learning, arts, or funding partners
- The ability to work independently as well as with a team, contributing to a positive, inclusive, and productive place for staff and volunteers
- An understanding of an audience-led approach, with the ability to evaluate and use insights to develop an offer or event
- Experience of delivery in daily operations as well as long term strategic planning
- Great people and communication skills, establishing positive relationships with both external and internal stakeholders
