Coffee Shop

**Job Summary**

We are a very busy Coffee Shop and Take Away in Coatbridge who produce and supply cakes and desserts to sell to the public and to order. We are looking for someone who is hard working and enjoys working in a busy environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serving Customers
- Preparing hot and cold food, ie Paninis/Toasties, Full Breakfasts and all hot plate food, Omelettes, Sandwiches etc
- Making Barista Coffee's
- Clearing tables
- Cleaning - Cleaning the hot plate, emptying bins, brushing floors, mopping, cleaning counter tops, cleaning fridges
- Customer Service
- Cash Handling
- Preparing Just Eat orders
- Stocking fridges
- Dish Washing and cleaning/emptying the dishwasher

Applicants should be educated to a good Standard Grade level with experience of working in a customer service environment.

Experience working in a kitchen preferable.

The successful applicant will be required to work every weekend as well as hours during the week. _**Please note, if you can't work weekends, we will be unable to consider you for this position. The job is also unsuitable for students as we require staff to work during the week.**_

Although it is a 12-16 hour contract, additional hours will be available to cover holidays etc.

Holidays will be calculated based on the average hours worked on the pervious 6 weeks.
