**POSITION**:
The Warehouse Coordinator will work directly with the Warehouse Manager to ensure that all orders are received in a timely manner and in compliance with company policies and procedures. The Warehouse Coordinator will also assist in the warehouse management of inventory, as well as maintain a safe and clean working environment.

**DUTIES INCLUDE**:

- Safely operating a forklift to move, lift, stack, and arrange materials and equipment within the construction site warehouse. Adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations for forklift operation.

Properly loading and unloading materials onto/from trucks, shelves, racks, or designated storage areas using the forklift. Ensuring that loads are balanced and secured to prevent accidents.
- Supervising the organization and management of materials, tools, and equipment in the construction site warehouse. This includes tracking inventory levels, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the availability of necessary items for construction activities.
- Overseeing the receiving process for incoming materials and ensuring that they meet quality and safety standards. This involves inspecting shipments, verifying quantities, and documenting any discrepancies or damages.
- Arranging materials and tools in designated storage areas based on categories or project requirements. Ensuring that items are stored safely to prevent accidents and damage.
- Assisting in the issuance of materials and tools to construction teams based on their needs. Ensuring that the right items are provided in a timely manner.
- Enforcing safety protocols within the warehouse, ensuring that materials are stored properly to prevent accidents, and complying with relevant safety regulations and guidelines.
- Recording transactions accurately, including material receipts, issuances, and returns. Assisting with the preparation of inventory reports as needed.
- Participating in proper disposal of waste materials in accordance with waste management regulations.
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organized, and participating in routine maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and functional workspace.
- Physically moving, loading, and unloading materials, tools, and equipment using appropriate lifting and handling techniques to prevent damage or accidents.
- Update project’s software according to receives and distributions of project materials. Keep and monitor the daily records of the material in the group storages

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience of working on large scale projects ideally in a material, stores, procurement, or warehouse management capacity.
- Excellent attention to detail, able to keep accurate record and ability to maintain and log data effectively.
- An understanding of stock management, handheld tools and health and safety standards an advantage.
- Proficiency in operating a forklift is essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
