**Discover Something Unique**

The first phase of the castle is due to open late spring/summer which will be an exciting time. This unique 19th century castle will have an **Overnight Ambassador**, primarily based in/around this magnificent home. You will play a significant role in delivering the DLC culture throughout the ‘wee hours’ creating memorable visits and continuity of service for our members and visiting guests. You will be the first person our guests will contact ‘the night owl’ when they have a query or wake up adjusting to time zones looking for a bite to eat or drink, or, just a friendly face to engage in conversation as they settle into their new surroundings.

Approaching every situation with an initiative-taking approachable and caring manner, you are the true essence of what we are about. In this characterful role you thrive on interacting with people, offering support with any issues or requests to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay and a good night’s rest.

Each night is varied and although hospitality focussed you play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and the castle property throughout the night.

They could be full of adventure as our members and their guests either wind down with their last drink in our Whisky bar or crank the music up for a party in our Tavern Pub or celebrate that special event or memorable day in our Champagne Caviar bar. This is a role full of character, creating something distinctive for people who like to do things differently, making for a truly unforgettable experience in laid back luxury.

As Overnight Ambassador you play a particularly vital role, working in various areas of the castle, you need to imagine the castle is your home and you are ‘hosting friends and family in your home.’ Whether it is a late-night supper and drinks or early morning coffee and breakfast, as ambassador you look after them.

You ensure all our castle suites are prepared welcoming a good nights’ rest and sleep, cosy, warm and comfortable. Our guests have everything they need for the night ahead while making sure that the public areas are clean and tidy and kept to the exceptional standards associated with our club.

Keeping our incredible building and facilities safe and secure are an intrinsic part of the night shift, walking corridors at the designated times and being aware of any situations. Quick thinking and pre-empting before they happen.

Or if all is quiet you may have a couple of ‘Knights’ keeping you company...you never know they may just offer you some pearls of wisdom in the twilight hours.
